I, Balbir Singh son of S. Partap Singh son of S.Natha Singh age 48 years resident of Samana, District Patiala, am owner in possession of land vide entry in Jamabandi for the year 1966-67 measuring 7 Kanal 8 Marlas comprised in Khata No.565/872 Min Khasra No.116//6/7-8 nature of land Barani, land revenue 1-60, situated at Samana. Copy of Jamabandi is attached. Above said land is my self acquired. Above said land is free from all encumbrances. Public College has been started in Samana. In which Boys and Girls of this entire backward area are getting education up o B.A. There is no sufficient land with the college for construction of building. I love education. I am well wisher of Boys and Girls of entire backward area. So, I, with my own sweet will and full senses, gifted my above said land measuring 7 Kanals 8 Marlas situated at Abadi Samana, market value of which is 3000/- as per note given by Patwari, along with all rights, in lieu of love with education, in favour of Managing Committee Public College Samana through its Secretary Public College, Samana Shri Inderjit Singh. Now myself or any of my heirs shall have no right with the gifted land. Possession of the gifted land has been delivered. Now donee shall have full ownership right over it and may raise construction of college building or use for college games. The Managing Committee Public College Samana has become full owner of the gifted land. Donee has accepted the gift and Shri Inderjit Singh Secretary has put his signature in lieu of acceptance of gift. So this gift deed has been written for conveying the title. Contents have been read over. Date 18-4-1972, Day Tuesday, Samana.
